  • As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) Therapist, I offer specialized trauma therapy designed to complement the work you're already doing with your clients

  • If you have clients experiencing flashbacks, nightmares, or feelings of fear, terror, or helplessness due to trauma, the RTM Protocol could provide the breakthrough they need. This safe, comfortable, and non-intrusive visualization process is based on Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques. In just 3-4 sessions, RTM has shown to be 94% effective in significantly reducing trauma symptoms.

  • I work with your clients for the duration of their RTM sessions, ensuring that we remain in communication as needed. Once their symptoms—such as flashbacks and nightmares—have cleared, your clients return to your care, now better equipped to engage in therapy with their trauma-related symptoms resolved.
